Double blade drive arms

This machine is designed to use a double blade drive arms system which has an advantage of high speed, accurate, consistent and durable.

Clamp pressure adjustment wheel

Put by the operating panel, so the operator could watch the pressure level and pressure regulation easily.

Blade drive arms overload device

The blade drive arms are protected by a pair of shear bolt and a micro switch. When the blade cuts very hard object, the shear bolts will be broken and disconnect the blade drive arm. At the same time the micro switch signals the computer to stop the cutting cycle to prevent the machine from a severe damage.

Safety light curtain

In line with EU protection norms of CE4 level, it is built with 20 groups of sensors inside to provide tight security protection for operator.

Work table protection

Underneath rear baffle plate arrange the fiber reinforced plastics protection to prevent scratching the work table. There will be no more paper jams, pushing feeding paper peerlessly smooth.
